WARRANTY POLICY
AXXIS products have a one-year limited warranty, from the moment of the original purchase of the product, unless otherwise indicated. This means that AXXIS will cover the warranty replacement procedure free of charge, during the 12 months of the product warranty period.
The warranty does not cover any physical damage due to misuse, abuse, handling, transportation or neglect, as well as any damage caused by the presence of harmful elements (liquids, acids, chemicals) that are not part of the design.
The warranty process will be validated at the store or point of sale where the product was purchased, and the user can request an immediate exchange of products. For this, the product must be within the warranty period, for which the original proof of purchase is required. For more information, do not hesitate to write to us through our “Contact" module.
